Not great
The moving truck was four and a half hours late from the originally scheduled time. The "foreman" barely spoke English so that created a major communication barrier. The dispatcher called us two hours after the original time to tell me that they were having truck problems and a truck would arrive at our location in 45 minutes, to which they arrived two and a half hours later.
They appeared to be frustrated with the amount of belongings they were responsible for moving. The sales rep informed us that she would note the account information as to the fact that my wife had spine surgery and would not be able to help and the movers would need to assist us in some packing. She didn't. We had also requested a few wardrobe boxes for our hanging clothing, however, they did not come equipped with bar for the boxes, and therefore all of our hanging clothes were just tossed in the boxes.
Since we were being charged hourly for the movers' time and for each box packed by them, boxes were not packed fully, and with garbage included in the boxes which were specifically instructed need not be packed. We have made numerous phone calls and left messages for the company, but have not received any response regarding two missing laptops and a bin of clothing/breakables. We are extremely dissatisfied.
