Too slow
The moving company did not meet the time they said they would arrive and kept my wife and me waiting for an hour. Because we had set times we had to go, I finally decided to call and cancel the appointment. I do not like when people do not arrive on time or in this case don't arrive at all. I did the job myself using a U-haul and saved $60 in doing so. I was very disappointed by this experience and will likely decide to relocate myself in any future move experience.
