RI to VA
I was very happy with this company and it was the first time that we paid for professional movers. I was unsure of how much I should or could ask of them on the moving day or unloading day and so I asked little. Afterwards I realized that I should have been more attentive to make sure that boxes were put in the correct rooms, even though they were marked. For all large items, they did ask which room and where they should go, with the exception of the basement and garage. Our garage items were just stacked on top of one another, in which we now will need to take everything out in order to put it back in the correct place. For future, it would be nice if that distinction of service was explained. All in all, a positive experience. Thanks!

I am a little disappointed with my driver at delivery in VA and I will personally speak with him. At the completion of unloading your shipment, it is Astro's policy to go room-by-room with the customer to make sure everything is exactly where or how you want it left. If at any time you required or requested anything move or reorganized, his job is to make sure you are completely happy. I will remind all our crews of this policy at our weekly drivers meeting. Once again thank you for the opportunity it is greatly appreciated.
