Disappointment
The movers were almost four hours late to our residence. They were quick to load our belongings. The owner told us after we had already made it to our new home, which was nine hours away from old home, that it was too late for them too bring our stuff to us that night. He did not want his drivers out and driving and unpacking in the dark. So we were left with none of our possessions. We did not even have a change of clothing. They did not arrive until 4 p.m. the following day with our belongings. The only discount he offered us for our inconvenience was $100 off the final cost. I find this very unprofessional and I would never use them again. I also would never recommend them to anyone making a long distance move.
