Never again
East West Moving gave me a terrible experience. I have moved cross country twice previously prior to this move and have never experienced any breakdowns or poor customer service.
The moving process was never given to us formally, either written or verbally; the movers showed up with a gratuity envelope above and beyond the cost of the move; the tone of both the customer service and manager were loud, defensive and they actually talked over me and continually interrupted me when I was speaking; none of my concerns were validated.
I was left in the dark and anxious because no one could tell me where my stuff was. I was left without an arrival date until 24 hours prior to delivery. Then I had to plan my life around getting my belongings.
