Don’t ever expect a phone call back from this company. I used AmeriCarrier along with one of my employees for relocation back to Colorado. Both moves were not on time and dates they promised for delivery were missed for both of us. During the packing process the crew that moved us drank multiple beers and other beverages from our refrigerator. They drank them as they were packing our place, and then proceeded to pack the empty bottles and cans along with our dishes and things. We only discovered this once all of our stuff arrived days later than promised in Colorado.
My wife and I have made numerous calls to the main office and have never received a call back. Multiple items were broken and my employee even had a knife set that we visually watched them pack into a box not arrive in Colorado. This means they had to go back into the box at the warehouse for the item. The fact that the guys on the job were probably drunk would explain why we had so many items poorly packed and broken. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The drivers and foreman who packed and delivered were good but the back office support; management and customer service are nonexistent.
