The move that almost wasn't

The movers were supposed to arrive at 11 a.m. but did not show up until 5 p.m.. It took me two-and-a-half hours to contact someone in the office about the lateness, only to have tons of calls back an forth using my cell minutes. I had to reschedule my cable install because the movers were late. The truck was not large enough to carry all of my items, even though I was assured that it would be. On my own the next day I had to go back and retrieve the items left. The people in the office were not truthful as to why the movers arrived late. However, the worst part was not being able to contact anyone in the office when the movers did not arrive on time.
