I not only paid double for my move, I have major damages to my furniture and they did not deliver all of the furniture up the stairs, which was the 2nd fl. apt.

The customer was offered a visual estimate but stated she don't have time for it and she can provide inventory list over the phone since she don't have a lot to move.Sure enough,on move day,she had about triple the amount of items that need to be relocated. We did our best to keep the cost low and do things as fast as possible but she was out of budget and suggested that we will leave few items down stairs to save on time and she will take care of it with few friends that she have had over to help her with the move. Also, we never received any damage claim and if we will receive any claim, we will take care of it through our claim department.
