Delays
Twice they scheduled me for the afternoon from 1-3 pm, and they were not available until 5pm. I postponed the first date, and then they were late again the second day, but I was in a bind and needed to move. They were not that professional.

Our customer originally scheduled her move on October 18 in a morning time slot, but called to postpone her move ( for reasons beyond her control) to October 21. We made every effort to get to her as quickly as we could. Unfortunately we were not able to finish our first job of the day and didn't arrive at her home until 5:00 p.m. After reading her review about her experience with our company, our effort to satisfy her was successful in the end. We truly make every effort possible to satisfy each and every customer.
