Review of Aresenal Van Lines
The movers arrive a little later than they had originally quoted us on the day of the move, but everything went smoothly. However, when they arrived at my destination I discovered that a majority of my boxes had been cut up to be smaller and many of my things had been REPACKED because they did not have enough van space.
Luckily nothing was broken but I found it very unacceptable for this to have taken place, not to mention that I had planned to keep many of my boxes for future moves but was not able to because of the beat-up condition that were in. I was also NOT pleased with the fact that my very nice bedroom headboard as well as my mattress and box springs had been wrapped up in plastic wrap and were tied to a platform on the BACK OF THE TRUCK.
So far nothing has appeared to be damaged, but for the amount of money I paid for my move I expect my belongings to be INSIDE the truck and I also expect the moving company to have enough space and not repack almost all of my things. Aside from all of that my things did arrive in a timely manner, I would probably not use this company again.
