Terrible Experience
Not only were they late and confused (uninformed) that I had prepaid for my move.
Later, the company claimed I only got two hours of move time (as opposed to the THREE I prepaid for), and demanded that I pay for an extra hour -- which I refused to do. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.

It is always our goal to exceed our customer's expectations and we truly regret that Ms. Wilkinson did not have a positive experience. Our driver called Ms. Wilkinson at 7:30am to advise her that her crew was en route. Ms. Wilkinson told the driver that she had “already hired someone else to move her”. With the understanding that Ms. Wilkinson had cancelled, the crew went on to their next job.
Ms. Wilkinson called the office at 9:50am inquiring about her crew, not realizing that it was our driver she had spoken with earlier that morning. We re-directed a crew to Ms. Wilkinson’s home and started the move at 1:00pm. Ms. Wilkinson was quoted $282.00 for the first two hours of service (the minimum charge), and $94 per hour for each additional hour of service.
Ms. Wilkinson’s move started at 1:00pm and was completed at 3:00pm and she was charged a total of $282.00. Again, we would like to extend our apology to Ms. Wilkinson for falling short of her expectations.
