Bad News
From the very begining this company messed up everything. It started with them missing the move date by a whole week and on the day of the move, they showed up nine hours late. After I had arrived at my destination, I found out that I had to wait 7 to 14 days to recieve my stuff.
After I had received my stuff, many of the boxes had looked as if they were just thrown around. I had many items broken and some stuff did not arrive at all. When I confronted the company about all the mistakes and damage, they did not seem to care. I would discourage anyone from using Serenity Vanlines or Beckens Moving ever. And one more thing -- once they get your money they will never return a phone call.
