First time hiring movers
The crew was friendly and did a good job handling my stuff.
However, they were late after getting lost, and the move ended up costing more than original estimate by a couple hundred bucks. If they would have been on time and not gotten lost, I would have been okay with the extra cost.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate both positive and constructive feedback. We apologize for the late arrival of the crew and any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the additional cost, it was our understanding that all items except for furniture were to be staged in the garage prior to the move. Because this did not occur, additional time was required to complete the move. We're happy that overall you thought the crew did a good job and will make sure they are recognized for their effort.
