Move from NJ to PA
I called the day before the move to change and confirm my credit card number for the charge and the agent said to call the office in the morning and it would be no problem. I called all morning and no one was in the office (and is not typically in the office on Saturdays...the day of most moves).
The charge was made to the wrong number and could not be fixed. During my last move my things were inventoried/tagged, everything was wrapped well, the movers were professional, my moving coordinator called a few times the day of my move, they called later to make sure everything was done OK, etc.
During this move, none of this happened. My furniture was not wrapped well, the movers were cursing and complaining about how much stuff there was, and they were not friendly or courteous in the least. Not impressed and would not recommend.
