From horrible to great
I initially used another moving company that didn't show up for the move.
I ended up calling Gold Star Moving and they were amazing! Maggie was an excellent representative and filled me in on all the details I needed to know to be prepared. She assured me that the movers would show up as planned and was sympathetic about what we had experienced with the previous company. We had issues with emailing and faxing the contract and Maggie continued to call and follow-up with me to make sure the documents were received.
The movers showed up EARLY! I could not beleive it. The men were very quick and efficient. Even though they spoke limited English the driver was patient and walked me through all of the paperwork that I needed to sign. They were respectful of our belongings and nothing was broken when it arrived at our new location. I would recommend Gold Star moving for future moves that anyone may have. If I ever do a cross country move again they will be my first call.
