NBA Moving and Storage
I first spoke with a really nice gentleman who failed to disclose the fact that it could take up to 14 days for delivery of my furniture - he stated on more that one ocassion that the maximum amount of delivery time was 3-5 days, but the movers arrived, took a look at the inventory I had already given via the phone, and told me it would be an additonal $300 because i had too much. I ended up leaving more than half of a 1 bedroom apartment- the driver went over the contract, and he failed to disclose the 7-14day delivery.
I asked him how long would it be, he said five days at the most, which would have put my delivery at Thursday, Aug. 27(they moved me Sunday, Aug. 23). I called the company Aug. 28 attempting to get info on my furninture. The female that answred was very rude and told me I should have read the fine print. I still don't have my furniture.
