Sorry you feel that way, but I would like to correct few things you stated.
1) Your estimate was based on 643 CF and your price was $1891
2) The total space that you took on the truck was 1100 CF and you paid $3437
3) You never filed a claim for damages or called us for that
4) My driver gave you a revised estimate on the day that you moved and he explained you that the Binding Estimate that you signed was for less items that you had on your move date and gave you the option to add the items for additional fee or to go by your original estimate and the price will be the same you selected to add the items. I have the Binding estimate signed by you to show what you been quoted for. If you have any damages please file a claim form.
