PA to AZ
My husband & I were both very satisfied with Sunway at first - they were great to work with over the phone to plan everything out, and the crew at pick-up was great - but once our belongings left our home in Pennsylvania, the rest of our experience with the movers was disappointing.
Delivery time ended up being much longer than we were originally told, and we were given inaccurate estimates of when our stuff would arrive in Arizona multiple times over the course of two weeks. When our belongings finally did arrive, the crew was very unprofessional. Even the way the truck was loaded and unloaded was very sloppy.
Many boxes were severely damaged, but luckily we had packed them well and none of our belongings suffered any serious damage. We were very dissatisfied with our delivery crew and the way they treated us. I felt very confident when we first chose Sunway, but having completed our move with them, I can not recommend them.
