Per D.O.T. , we are required to give a binding or non-binding quote to all customers, prior to any moving. The customer had a binding quote of $ 800.00, and that is exactly what he paid. Under no circumstances would we charge additional for the move, unless changes were made (additional packing or labor).
Then we would have a change order signed by the customer, prior to moving. Regarding any damages, please call the local office and we would gladly resolve any claim issues. I apologize if you were unhappy with your move, We strive to keep all our customers happy.
