Bad News
I set up the move time and date two weeks in advance. The truck was scheduled to be at the house I was moving from at betweek 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 am. At 9:45 I received a call from the dispatcher that the truck was delayed, while police and attornies agrued over who was taking what from another location, and that they would arive no later than 12:00 Noon.
At 1:00 pm I called the dispatcher myself and was told that the truck would for sure be there no later that 2:30. At 3:00 I called again and was very vocal about my displeasure, and that they were costing me $300 a day because I was not out by 12:00 on 31 July 2009. I will never hire them or recommend them to anyone. I defense to the workers, they worked very hard, but were already worn out from the move earlier in the day. They did work hard.
