Bravo
The Move was scheduled for pick up between 8 and 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1. I recieved a call from the dispatcher that Friday after 430 pm. that the movers would not be there until 6 pm that Saturday.
Because it was such short notice, I had no choice but to continue service. At 6 pm on Saturday, I recieved another call stating that the movers would not be there until 7 a.m. Sunday Morning. At 7 a.m., I received yet another call stating that the movers would not be there until 1 pm that day. I had someone fly down to meet me and drive back from Alabama to Maryland with me. She needed to be back to work on Monday. She ended up losing a half day of work because of the moving company's delay.
When I tried to get in touch with someone to try andget some sort of compensation for the delay, I got the run-around. I called the guy who booked the move. He referred me to another person, who then told me I had to speak to the dispatcher. Louie said I had to speak to another person, who was never available.
When I finally got Chad, he only offered me $50.00 off the final cost. I would not recommend Bravo as a moving company.
