First Time Mover
I would suggest to agree with the moving company the delivery date to set expectation -- be it a date range or do you need your stuff to be delivered on a specific date.
Neighbor's Moving did a good job with the pick up date--it was accurate as agreed upon. The only comment is that the contracted mover, Father & Son Moving in this case, wasn't notifified/communicated properly about the payment info. Father & Son Moving wasn't aware that I was dealing ONLY with Neighbor's Moving and not them as I didn't know they were subcontracting jobs in the first place.
The moving truck was also Father&Son Moving, was expecting Neighbor's Moving, but that doesn't matter. It might just be better if the customer was informed about who the actual mover is though it really doesn't matter to me, just so that I know what's going on.
