NBA's Good

Don't know if I have damages as the movers are supposed to be coming tomorrow. I surely hope not. The problem I had with the estimate was that I was in another state doing the itemized list from memory. Obviously, when it came time to put the stuff on the truck, I was considerably over. However, since the policy of NBA Moving & Storage is they can only increase the estimate by a certain percentage, I feel I got somewhat of a bargain.
