Get A Move On

I moved from a second floor apartment to a house. The movers were scheduled for a weekday morning. Less than ten minutes before they were supposed to arrive, someone from the office said that they would be a couple of hours later because they still had to unload a truck from the previous business day.

At first, I was a little nervous with how they were using a dolly to jump down the stairs with my large furniture, but in the end, there were no major damages except for one small chip in the wood on one piece of furniture.

Thankfully we made up for being late by doing a good job on the actual move. We were a couple of hours late because of a job that we could not finish the day before was left on the truck. We should have given her more notice of us being late. Sorry.

I was told by the office staff before the move that if we would move all boxes, bags, and smaller articles and furniture out of the house and to the truck that it would decrease the load time and less...
