The handling of my stuff and the staff was good, but I had a problem with the pricing. I was quoted one price over the Internet & telephone. I had packed all my belongings, the guy just had to come and move it, something that could have taken 1 hr 1/2 (I moved only 10 mins away, and traffic was not bad), one of the workers was on talking to his boss, he said, and did not tell me that the clock had started.
They had a conversation for about 45mins and I wasn't aware of what was going on. Then when we got to my new place and he was still taking breaks, while the other guy was unloading. I was very upset when he presented me with a bill of $280, which he could not really explain why it was so high, then he said if i didn't pay the whole amount he could not give me my stuff. I was assured by the mananger that i would not pay over $179 the most. I would not recommend Fox Movers.
