Atlanta - Chicago with Arsenal
This experience was not a good one. My movers who packed me up did a poor job protecting my items, but they were on time and quick. However, they charged me a lot for extra materials, which should've protected my stuff but it did not.
Then the ones who unpacked me showed up at midnight and were there until 3 a.m. and did not finish the job. They said they would come back the next day and never showed up and won't return my calls. I am still trying to get ahold of my contact at Arsenal to tell me how to file a claim and get a receipt because my movers left with all my documentation.
