I informed the estimator that I had around 7-10 items in bags(bedding) above the totes we had discussed...she told me as long as it didn't go over the weight I would be fine. Movers came and charged me 10-25 per bag to load.....

If I would have known that I would have donated to Goodwill..... Poor communication btwn the company and freelancers then they blame each other and you are stuck in the middle.... never again. Lesson learned.....

Appreciated the way company handled the entire move from estimate to completion. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only had slight damage to one piece of furniture.
