Bad Experience

They initially quoted me at 750 and on the morning of the move they said the truck will not fit my stuff so they left and said will return with a bigger truck. They refuse to return until I agreed on a new flat rate fee of 1200. I had no choice but to agree.

After the move they said it was 1400 something instead of the agreed price of 1200 instead it became an hourly rate. It just didn't make any sense. We tried to agreed this and they threaten to move my belongs back out of the truck into my garage. I had to give in to everything they asked at the moment.

During the move they broke my dining table and they ripped the entire top off the table. Broke several other pieces. I had to put my stuff in storage, so the 2nd half of the move was 7/25. They lost a bunch of stuff and gave me some boxes that were not mine. There were also huge damages to the walls when they moved my stuff out of the old house. We had to go back to fix the walls and stairs for the new owner.
