Eagle Van Lines
I contracted with Eagle Van Lines, they were very responsive and calling me often before the move. The night before the scheduled move they called and wanted to reschedule to that night, which I refused because I was not available. They rescheduled for Saturday afternoon, which was fine, they said fine and that I should expect a call Saturday from the physical movers.
Saturday comes and nothing, around 3 pm I start calling the people who had been responsive and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I kept calling and finally got the people who give quotes but they couldn't do much for me. Eventually they called dispatch and they said oh, they said they are on their way to you from milwaukee, this was at 5 o'clock. NOTHING.
At 8:47 p.m. I get a call saying that there was an issue with the truck and I would be moved to Sunday; what could i do but say okay. Sunday comes and nothing and around 3 pm i call. They finally showed up at 5 pm, only then did i realize that eagle van lines brokered my move out to another company and never told me.
My move due to late time was split between Sunday and Monday (the day I started my new job). I was so inconvenienced. I called both companies to complain.
