Quotes and receipts were both promptly delivered via e-mail. The three
moving professionals arrived a half-hour early, and worked efficiently and very hard even though the move took longer than estimated (due to no fault of the moving team). Even though our furniture was heavy and had to be hauled up and down stairs, they were very careful with them, and did not leave any marks on the walls or floor. Only one piece of light (particle-board) furniture was damaged when it fell, but we chose not to file any claims. My only suggestion would be to not provide a time estimate without a more personalized inventory review. Most of the other movers only provided me with the hourly rate, and not a time estimate along with it.
