Bad and Sad Move

They arrived 2.5 hours late and overused packing materials on items that I already packed sufficiently. Demanded cash or money order on a holiday when banks are not open or threatened to charge you an additional $1,300 and put your belongings in storage. They did not give a proper quote and charged $300 to go to a second floor when they were already told I was on the second floor. They did not include that in my estimate. They also never told me payment methods before the move. Their customer service was horrible. Every day I called to speak to someone but they avoided my calls and put me on hold until I waited too long. They don't return calls and they are rude. I will never recommend this place to anybody. After moving, I found many people that were highly dissatisfied with this moving company.

Moving is not a pleasant experience and it was compunded by the fact that the company I hired did not come and see what they were moving prior to giving an estimate.
