Beware of Movers

Nationwide not only extremely underquoted me to get me to sign up with them but then they were also four days late in picking up my furniture. I kept asking if my furniture would still arrive on time to its destination and they assured me that it would. Once they had my furniture "hostage" they told me that I owed several thousand dollars more than they had quoted me and that they would not deliver my furniture unless I had a cashier's check waiting for them. They also arrived four days late to my new home completely putting me and my family off schedule to get started in our new lives. When my furniture finally did arrive, several pieces were broken. A lamp was completely missing. Pieces were not reassembled (as had been promised) and no attempt was made to correct these errors. In my opinion, thi was a bad move.

We, as a company, would like to apologize for the troubles that were caused by the move. The sales people will be coached on making sure the the quotes are accurate and correct. For the damages you can call our claims department and they will be able to get you a reimbursement check. There number is 877-476-5983. Again we are very sorry for any and all problems that occurred.
