Thieves

This was the absolute worst experience. These guys are professional scam artists and we have contacted consumer affairs at the Better Business Bureau. This experience started with Katelynn on the phone and ended with Matt, the supervisor for our move. They didn’t honor the quote that was given, they broke and scratched my items and one guy tried to steal an autographed football of ours. They came and one hour and 40 minutes late (with a very small truck) where they had to make two trips, took their time, lied about the packing material used and made us pay for the two hours of travel time back to their warehouse. The BBB had stated the address and company information was listed as “out of business.” The truck on the side stated Moving and Relocation. They had all my stuff loaded and than wanted to crack us for a total of $1,700. I was able to get the price down to $1,300. They threatened to take our belonging to their warehouse, if we didn’t pay and if we didn’t pay in cash.

Moving is not a pleasant experience and it was compunded by the fact that the company I hired did not come and see what they were moving prior to giving an estimate.
