A Horrid Experience

You name it. From start-to-finish, it was a nightmare! Nationwide did nothing but take our money. They subcontracted the move to "Move it Forward" who, in turn, subcontracted the move to some fly-by-night company with its name printed on a piece of paper taped to the window of the truck cab! Threats to not deliver as scheduled, insufficient manpower, unmaintained moving van (a painted over Allied van with two missing tires that had seen far better days!) and not even a ramp to unload our things. My husband had to jump in and help to protect the condition of our things. I cannot say enough negative things and the sad thing is, all of this is the truth. Next time we'll do it ourselves. We'll hire day laborers to load an unload and drive the items ourselves. We can afford to hire any moving company, but would not risk our peace of mind again.
