They quote you one thing, show up late, quote you something else, have you sign a whole bunch of paperwork, inform you their credit card system is down and then slam you with a bill that is three times the quote. They stated the bill was more because there was a stair fee, no one ever mentioned that when I inquired about moving to second floor apartment to a second floor apartment. They charged me for using tape and racked up almost $500 in materials. They demanded I pay cash or they would not take my things off their truck.
