My Move

I had several problems setting up the move. Then the driver called and said he would show up the following day at 10AM. I called at 10:30 AM to check on his ETA and he said, 'oh, I bet you are calling to see where I am. Call this number.'

 

When I called it was another mover who said, 'We are three hours away.' When I called dispatch she did not apologize and simply said that the drivers have a 24 hour period to show and that she was 'not authorized' to give me any information.

 

When I asked to speak with a manager, she said she was a manager. When I asked to speak with an owner she said she was an owner. They were completely unprofessional, rude. She was not capable of relaying information or communicating to me any worthwhile facts about my move.

 

Although I work in the Federal government and myself, along with colleagues, are constantly re-assigned and relocated, I have warned them of this 'company'.....
