The movers would not provide me with any documentation, but they insisted that I was overweight. They requested additional money for lodging and for being overweight. I had a very bad and unprofessional experience.

We do not want to argue or put down a customer who is angry enough to go on the internet and file a report about our company. That is our fault as a company if we let it get to that point.
