The movers did not show up on the day they were supposed to and when I called the company they assured me they would be calling me back and I never heard from them again until the next day when the driver called to tell me he was just leaving Chicago. Then I was told the shrink wrap and wrapping of the furniture was included in the price quoted only to find out it was not. I ended up stuck in IL another 2 days due to icy weather so had to pay for two more days of hotel. The movers did a great job once they arrived but they were not there when I needed them.
