My move
The crew was very courteous, etc. I am a little disappointed because I felt some of the handling of the furniture could have been done in a more efficient way. For instance, dressers and desks were stood on end and consequently I had to completely empty the drawers and start over because everything was all over the place. Otherwise everything was fine.

I do apologize. Long items such as desks or dressers often need need to be tilted, put on end for the purpose of getting the pads on securely. In addition these items often need to be rotated various ways to get in and out of doorways and especially to clear landings on stair cases.
It is recommended that personal items in drawers of such items are packed prior to the move date. This makes for much more efficient handling of the furniture on your move day. I thank you for your business and hope that this will not prevent you from using us again in the future.
