Adequate Move
The packing materials used drove up the price of the move. I would suggest having as much materials on your own as possible, including tape. My property that was damaged was not severe enough to file a claim, but I would expect that with the extra hundreds of dollars I spent in packing materials, my property should have moved in pristine condition. Overall, they were courteous, and took apart and put together furniture as necessary.
