I was uncomfortable about using an online mover. As it turned out, there were no problems other than the arrival time. The people online were polite and helped as much as they could without seeing my belongings. The movers were to arrive at 6a.m. on Saturday. I was advised Friday night they would arrive between 12 and 4. They arrived at 4:40p.m.. They loaded my belongings and were gone at 8p.m. They met me Sunday morning and unloaded into a storage facility in about an hour. The movers were very polite, clean and intelligent. I would use the same company again.
