Don't Use
The movers were nice, however this company will completely rip you off. On top of the hourly rate, they will charge you extra for every little thing. I was not told specifically what I would be charged for. The representative did explain an extra charge for circumstances like taking things out from a balcony or a piano. She did not explain that you will get charged for a long carry if the truck is parked more than 25-feet from your front door and if there are any stairs to get to the door or within the dwelling. The charge is per mover/man. I packed everything myself, but I still ended up paying $160 for supplies that they used such as blankets and tape. Blankets were used to cover one sofa. When I told people how much I paid for the small amount of items I had to move, they were floored. I would not recommend this company, unless you are willing to money away. My estimate was $240. I ended up paying $1,000. I wish I would have done some research before using them.
