Lori had quoted me no more than five days for delivery, which was obviously wrong. Once my stuff was picked up, getting ahold of anyone was near impossible. Lori never returned any of my phone calls. The move took 14 days which I understand is within their contracted timeframe, but why tell your customer it will only be five days?

Hidden in the middle of a paragraph about disassembly of furniture is the phrase, "deliver may take up to 30 days." That is the only place delivery time is mentioned in the contract. Why hide it? Put it where a customer will read it, and be forthcoming about the fact that it may take a few weeks. Had they been upfront, I would not have a gripe.

Unlike the other moving companies, we are not on here to tell  our side of the story. We do not want to argue or put down a customer who is angry enough to go on the internet and file a report about our company. That is our fault as a company if we let it get to that point.
