Overcharged
The move itself was good, but I didn't like the final charges. I was given an estimate of $900, but when they arrived to pick up my things, hours early, the amount went up $600. I did add 3 extra boxes, 2 dining room chairs, and 1 27" TV. I was supposed to use 3 wardrobe boxes but only used 1 and it was very light. I strongly believe the company gave me a low figure to get me to sign a contract and then hit me with the real amount when they showed up.

A move is a dreaded process. Our experience was great. The initial reservation and three man move was very good. No problems at all.
