Aggressive Company
The movers were great. The foreman was great at first then became somewhat aggressive when dealing with the contract stage. He grossly overestimated the weight of the move (which was not originally estimated correctly on our end).
Our 2000 lb move became 10,000 lbs and the foreman and management staff were quite aggressive in their attempt to collect for a 10,000 lb move. Their business practice to charge and get paid on an estimate is odd. I was being pressured to pay for 10,000lbs and if the weighing proved to be less, I would be refunded. YOU must pay.
When are you going to pay... The actual weight was 6000lbs. The "expert" foreman was 4000lbs over in his estimate and demanded payment for the 10,000lbs. I don't believe you could be 4000lbs off and I knew it was not 10,000lbs because the math did not make sense. Yet they still demanded payment and the company kept calling and calling and calling.
Upon delivery, the forman demanded payment and demanded again until it finally got through his head that payment in full had already been made within less than 16 hours of having signed a contract. Clearly they lack efficient communication processes within their organization. Though the 2 movers were GREAT, I would not recommend them.

Response from USA Relocation Inc
Mr. Cuellar asked for an estimate to move 75 boxes, when in fact we moved 200 boxes for him. Yes the estimate we gave him was based on 2000 lbs but he tripled the amount of the shipment, therefore the weight was a lot less.
We did collect the payment based only on the actual weight of the shipment and not based on the not to exceed estimate provided to Mr. Cuellar by our movers. We work by weight and we can not be responsible for the fact that Mr. Cuellar gave us a list only containing 1/3 of the actual shipment.
