Not Happy

The moving company was five hours late to pick up my goods. I was not given a final weight from the company and I have called them every day to get daily info on the location of my belongings. I was supposed to recieve my household goods on the 7th of July, I talked to everyone at the company and was told no later then the 9th and now it is the 13th and I still have not recieved my household goods. The customer service was also not good --when I called I got the run around and was constantly put on hold.

As far as the move itself, it was good. However, had some disagreements with the moving company on the price.

Unpleasant Experience

I was very diappointed after reviewing the paperwork. I was overcharged for the move and have made several attemps to get the money back that I was overcharged.
