Disappointed

I was misinformed on the cost and therefore very disappointed. The moving representative stated everything was included in the hourly rate, except for any moving supplies used. I was charged from A-Z on everything that was used from covering my furniture to tape. Also $400 per worker for stairs that needed to be climbed. They also only take cash which made it very difficult on a Sunday to retrieve additional money that I was not expected to come up with. The movers were excellent and nothing was damaged. However, the job was not worth $1,300 vs. the $350 that they had quoted me on the phone.
