Overcharged
The move itself was good, but I didn't like the final charges. I was given an estimate of $900, but when they arrived to pick up my things, hours early, the amount went up $600. I did add 3 extra boxes, 2 dining room chairs, and 1 27" TV. I was supposed to use 3 wardrobe boxes but only used 1 and it was very light. I strongly believe the company gave me a low figure to get me to sign a contract and then hit me with the real amount when they showed up.

The guys that came out were very nice, but back at the office they were rude; I was told that they would put my '[expletive] out on the street' if I did not sign the papers.

Just one issue, I was told that movers would call with a 30 minute lead time but I requested an hour. Never got a call at all. Otherwise, all went well. Very courteous and fair.
