Moving Experience

The movers were very professional and thorough. I could not be happier with their performance. My only negative issue is the gross underestimation of the cost. The estimator insinuated that the material cost will be negligible relative to the movers' time. In fact it was 70% higher.

Regarding your concerns about the actual cost exceeded the original estimate, because the sales representative did not know if the packing material was necessary until the movers arrived at your house, he did not include the packing material cost in his estimate.

Unpleasant Experience

I was very diappointed after reviewing the paperwork. I was overcharged for the move and have made several attemps to get the money back that I was overcharged.
