Stressful Experience
This was a nightmare. Everything the company promised never happened. They did not have a dolly, so I went and got one at my expense. Took several smoke breaks while loading things. Had no lights in the truck, even though we had to load well after dark. Way under estimate, so it cost well over $900 extra for weight. We had an extra stop, where again they were very late even though I had called them 3X and they said they were within 10 minutes of the house. The company called us while we were traveling and needed us to wire money into their acct. or the truck would not move. (totally against our contract) Banks considered this an absolute scam. They were late again after they decided to stop and buy a dolly, but had problems getting the money. We had two major damages, but cannot claim it because they did not do all the paperwork they needed to do. The only good thing is that we did get my belongings.

We do apologize for the way that the drivers acted. You are more than welcome to file a claim, all you have to do is call 877-476-5983. If they say that you need more paperwork please have them call us so that we can help get this fixed. We are here to help you so that we can get this resolved. Again we are very sorry for all of the problems.
